The Retro Pod really is one of our most popular Photo Booths for hire. We first created her for a once off activation at Spier Vineyard in Cape Town and ever since then she has been requested time and time again. She has been copied but none get close to her quality.
The setup is very fast and slick with minimal disruption to your event. The printer is hidden inside the wooden prop trunk for a very smooth and integrated finish.
A lot of guests like to create their own backdrop to compliment the Retro Pod. We've seen some great flower walls, balloon walls and wooden sculptures. Another alternative to making your own backdrop is to use the natural backdrop of the venue. A lot of the venues she is booked for have beautiful scenery that is great to capture for truly unique shots.
We can of course design you a custom made backdrop. We have links to local flower and balloon artists who would love to design you something pretty special. Request a custom quote here.
